Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bogeyless mobile application (“App”) operated by MainQuest Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bogeyless. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Bogeyless offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the swing videos and other content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely to provide the service.

You can delete your content and account at any time from the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion we will remove your data from our servers.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Bogeyless uses artificial intelligence to analyze golf swings. The feedback provided is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional golf instruction. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis and are not liable for any injury or loss resulting from following the feedback.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by MainQuest Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainQuest Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
